Sony India — panel issue in sony bravia w80d complaint no. 52629640 | |||
I have purchased sony bravia in nov 2016, dealer did not educate for extended warranty. After 2 years i am facing some screen issue and service engineer told me pl change your panel. It will be cost of rs. 20000. We are using your product from last 15 years, but this time it is internal problem in tv. If i will pay 20000 for panel then we will purchase a new tv. It is a question of product quality. Your manufacturing team is using chinese parts. If we are interested for chinese product then they are available at cost of 15000 to 20000 with same futures. Sony charged three times premium for product quality and reliability but you manufactured low class of product. Pl check my tv panel and change tv panel with any cost.
