I am very constraint to express my deplorable situation regarding the faulty working of my sony led tv. The problem is that we have given our led in Sony service centre saharanpur nd now today 30 days have passed and they are not repairing our tv. I request that please do it as early as possible. I hope the best and i know your company is on culmination and i am a loyal customer. Please do as possible .

Sony Vaio Laptop have given to service for the same issue(not charging) thrice within 6 months.But the same issue of not charging exists for the fourth time now.Each time we have paid for the service, but the service was not good and proper.so, please do the right action and provide satisfiable service for the charges you are applying.
