Sony India — Pathetic after sale service | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I bought SONY Xperia ZL in Dec 2013, However after few months the phone had mic problem due to which my voice was not reachable to the person calling me. On June 07th, 2014, i gave my phone in SONY service centre (CCOM F-11, Eternity Mall, Teen Haath Naka, Thane (West) – 400601. Maharashtra India Tel:+[protected] since it was in Warranty period (Job ID: W[protected]. They promised me to return it same day if there is a software issue & in 7-10 days if there is a hardware issue. After numerous calls and reminders 3 weeks later they offered me new Xperia Z to be delivered in a week. However, I have not received the delivery of the promised offer till date. And unfortunately, every time on contacting their Customer Care Department all I had received was an apology and never ending assurance of delivering my phone within next 7 days. Today, (29th July, 2014) i got a message stating my handset is ready and i will be getting a refurbish handset. Why do i accept a handset that is refurbished and when they have already offered me an Xperia Z.
