Sony India — Phone not being repaired and submitted ofr almost a month

I want to file a complaint against SONY for not taking their customers complaint seriously. I submitted the phone Model no.- C5502 with damaged screen on 24th Feb 2015. I was told that i will receive a call in 3-4 days from the company about the status of the phone that it will be repaired or not.I didn't received a call from them i had to call them thrice to get the status. I was then told that the screen can not be repaired as this handset has been stopped from the company. They told me that you can upgrade to higher version nd you will get 50% for this handset on market price rest i'll have to pay for the new handset. I agreed on that. I was told that i will receive the call in 5-8 days fromt he company once they approve the estimate. I didn't received any call from the company i had to call them many times and everytime i was told u will get call in 2 days. Now its 19th mar 2015 and i receive a call from the company stating that you will have to pay atleast 80% of the price of the new handset. Can anybody tell me what is this exactly ?? They wasted a month of mine and now i have nothing in hand.
