Sony India — Phone Problem since i Bought it

I bought Xperia E1 Dual on 4/5/2014 from universal Gadag, Karnataka a week later I faced a problem that the other end person on cal cannot here my voice. It's been serviced twice (once in Bellary service centre and other in Bangalore Koramangala Service centre) but again I'm facing the same problem.
