Sony India — Picture fluctuation lcd panel issue

SONY BRAVIA LCD TV 40 Inc I purchased SONY BRAVIA LCD TV 40 Inches(Model No KLV-40R452A) in the month of Nov 2013 from SONY show room in south X(with the trust the I will get better product) for 53000 that was sold comparably low price in open market. Just after completion of 1 year there was problem in power on i.e blank screen that was repaired( in the month of July 2015) after spending 7000 as warranty was over. Recently in 20th Nov 2015 my TV started giving picture problem as same is not stable different color are appearing, some times vertical lines. After registering complain same technical came but he is telling TV Pannel needs to be changed and problem is coming due to moisture and pollution(I am at all not satisfied with the logic as we have other electronic products as well working absolutely without problem If SONY PRODUCTS are so immune and ALLERGIC to dust ) ~20000 that will be chargeable basis. Really a bad product SONY is loosing product reliability and off course their reputation.
