Sony India — please cover under warranty

Please not that i am having sony bravia 48 inch led modole no - klv-48r562c
Last 2yr back i have purchased. But estarday my tv is not working due to display problem, i called sony service engg he come checked and told its pannel problem need to replace it the cost is around rs.28000/-.
Please suggest me what i have to do.
