I have brought an sony mp3 player oon 27th Mar, 14.
The mp3 player stopped working on mid April, 2014.
After visiting sony care a few times, they told one day that the defect can't be handled and they provided me with another model mp3 player (i didn't like the new model) which warranty card was valid till June, 2015.The new mp3 player also stopped working during Jan, 15. I was so frustrated with all the problems with the model that i didn't visit Sony care till April, 15.
But when I showed them the model they said that the defect can't be handled. And they said warranty was only till March as per the first model.
Its like they knowingly providing defective products and they don't even know how to fix the problems.I am hating this and will never again waste money on any sony product.
DON'T BUY SONY PRODUCTS & THEIR WARRANTY IS ALSO FRAUD. Was this information helpful? |
