[Resolved] Sony India — Poor quality of service from product as well as service center. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Recently I purchased "Sony Xperia T2 Ultra". After 15 days it started malfunctioning and keep going into safe mode.I took the assistance from Sony Service center located at borivali. They returned the phone to me after 8 days. But the next day the same problem occurred again. When i went to the same service center to report the problem they again kept my phone in there custody.Now its been 10 days since the phone is in there custody and I have not got the solution for my problem. They say that they are waiting for some part to arrive. If that is the case indeed then why the respective part was not replaced in the first place. Currently the situation is that my phone is with Service center for more days than i had it with me. Was this information helpful? | |||
