Sony India — poor service for part replacement - not yet done so far | |||
Hello sony team, Greetings from one of painful customer!! Categorically, i don’t know how shall i come out from my problem? As i described in various email communications. All email communications are enclosed with this email for your immediate reference. But, absolutely no proper supports, updates and services are being initiated and extended by sony india team. A. Are you truly taking-care of your fruitful customers? B. Do you understand the value of your customers? C. It is really a pathetic experience i had with all of your team members? With huge brand name in indian market. D. No one is understanding the customer pain and value. E. I had several telecom with your customer toll-free number and no firm commitment received from them. F. They were just distracted the customer’s mind.. I am awaiting the firm commitment & solution from sony’s top management within two days. If not happened, i will take it up in different ways of approach, which will be a more harsh way & a heavy impact to your brand name. Company is not providing installation. we called them 10 - 15 times but they are not providing any service.
