[Resolved]  Sony India — Poor Service for Sony Home Theatre at Bhubaneswar,Orissa

I purchased a Sony Home Theater from M/s.Bharat Electronics, 86, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751009, Orissa vide their Invoice No:183341, dated:18.05.2014. Surprise to note that, no body either from Sony has so far attend the Home theater for commissioning/customer demonstration at my premises.Even, so many times, I have met Mr.Bibhu Prasad Sabat who is responsible for Sony Sales at Bharat Electronics.I am really shocked with the behaviour & lack of responsibility of an employee in an organisation like Sony. The matter has been brought to the notice of M/s. Bharat Electronics after I failed to get service from Sony service centre.The reply received from M/s. Bharat Electronics is not at all satisfactory.
