Sony India — PROBLEM -"SONY C5302/XPERIA SP"

I have purchased your company mobile - "SONY C5302/XPERIA SP" on 05.03.2014. I have continue facing the problem " dust coming in the inner side of camera" When I contacted from dealer than he said that "please contact at service center" then I have contacted service center at 117, ram gali no.4, nr.panchwati circle, raja park, jaipur on 17.10.2014 (job id no.W[protected] and he cleaned dust from camera again I have facing the same problem and again I have contacted on 05.01.2015 (job id no.W[protected] and again he cleaned dust from camera. after service I face the same problem after a couple of days and again I have contacted service center today and they are saying for removing the problem they need change a cosmetic part of backside of camera leakage problem and they charge for that part. Sir, I know very well about your company that's why I have purchase your company mobile. now I have fully fed-up and mentally disturbed after purchasing your mobile. I am not satisfied from your service center and customer care. I have purchased fresh mobile and that is in 1 year warranty period. I have contacted so many tyme after talking customer care centre they are agreed change the part but no one take warranty for that part, If I got my set with replace that part and again I face the problem (in 2 or 3 month), that time expired the warranty period. Please do the needful and replace my mobile part or mobile (due to company defective problem) with fresh warranty period for my faith with the company and satisfication.
