Sony India — product led tv. | |||||
I made a complaint as the product was not working. I got a complaint no 41949572 dated 8.9.17. This complaint was assigned to happy home services located at indradhanu market, bhubaneswar. This was dealt in very half hazard and casual way. Finally i paid a certain amount to replace the old one with new product after more than one month. I have to pay for cost of transport and delivery too while i not only missed viewing tv for more than a month even while i was paying to the transmission service provider. I was so much fed up that i wrote to the chairman of sony because i use so many products of sony. Some times later i got a call from some senior person of sony and to him i explained my issues and he assured that the matter will be resolved. About three weeks back i got a call that some amount will be refunded (He could not tell how much) and i was asked to give my full name in which a cheque will be issued. Since then i have not heard anything. I am really disappointed and wonder if sony is no more what it claims to be. Can i get this addressed finally? Was this information helpful? | |||||
