There was a message on my screen asking me to connect my PS4 to a USB device to download system software 2.55 or later.but after trying i could not start it.
so i approaches the authorised SONY service centers in andheri west and also in malad east.
Both the places ..without even trying, i was bluntly told that there is hardware issue and it cannot be resolved. And that I should submit my playstation to them with all the accessories and buy a new one from them.
Now it is not a joke to buy a new Ps4..so again in the house i tried and finally was able to resolve the problem myself and my PS4 stated again though i lost all the saved data.
From this shameful experience at SONY ..I learnt that there is an internal racket going on telling customers their product cannot be repaired and that too buy a new one from them..and later they repair and sell it as second hand.
It was a very shocking experience ...just not expected atleast at SONY to fool customers in such a way.
