Sony India — Ps4 slim 1tb fraud

I placed an order for ps4 slim 1tb on 3feb 2022, i payed 21999 on whatsapp by googlepay.after one day he said it's not in stock and refund for my amount is initiated and it will take 7 days for refund to reflect on my bank account.now after 7days this guys phone is switch off amd not answering.help please his phno. Is +[protected] the damn scammer😡
