Sony India Pvt Ltd — Delay of tv delivery

I have purchased one Sony product vide model No:KLV-32W400A bearing SL no .1853233 from KOLKATA .Now the problem in my set is ‘No POWER’. And the repair estimate is beyond economical. So I accept the offer given by Sony Authorised Service Center ‘TEKNOPLAZA’(CD-96, SECTOR-1, SALTLAKE, KOLKATA-700064), and my job number is- J42829350. As per my request to purchase a same category set model NO:KLV-32R412B .I hereby agree to pay the special price amount of RS.23, 175/-(Rupees Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Only) & in this deal, I accept to return back my defective set to Sony India Pvt.Ltd. As per the deal the Draft already received behalf of Sony India Pvt.Ltd. as on 6.02.2015 & the Draft No:(908105).But my new set have not been received yet. After the full payment done.
