I am loyal customer of sony products and unfortunately my experience with service for the product mentioned has been extremely poor.
I sent the tv for repair and the agent has told me that part is not available and asked me to buy another model by paying rs.40 thousand more and on top buy the warranty and have also paid rs 7000 for the part which was supposed to be replaced.
If sony is not able to provide the part why the hell i should pay rs 40, 000. Why should i buy sony products when after sales service is so poor. Please refund me the original cost of the tv which i bought or provide me replacement at no cost to me. I can pay you the cost of the part which has gone bad at the most. I will take this case to consumer court as well if this is not resolved within 2 business days and also will write to sony headquarters for resolution.
