Sony India — refund issue

Dear Sir/Mam Hello I am Mansi Dogra . I have purchased a new handset (model no- SONY C3 D2502) from your dealer at Karol bagh. I have observed that there is a big problem in camera quality of phone. While clicking a pic or video it shows cloudiness and multiple colour in background, for which I visited your sony service center at Nehru place and DOA done and I have received a new phone but again there is same issue . I visited again but they are saying that there is a manufacturing problem from company side so we can’t do anything. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REFUND THE AMOUNT ASAP DOA copy attached along with below details for your reference.
