Sony India — Regarding Car Stereo

I bought a Sony car stereo Serial No.-S[protected]M Model No.-XAV-65 on 04/04/2015 from Car Deco E-26, Pandav Nagar, delhi-92. The day when I bought to till date I have not played a single song on that device due to which I called to customer care no. of times but couldn't got any help from their. They always advice me for the software called "Xvid" to support which I tried to convert all the songs to the same at my level but it couldn't work. At last I am totally helpless so I complaining you for the assistance to provide. It is the time of Pen Drive not the CDs to play. And you are also giving the 2 years warranty for what if the system remains unused.../ You are requested to take the necessary action in this otherwise REFUND me the money and take your INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM back..
