Sony India — Regarding delivery

Gudmrng sir, this is kumar from ambattur, we have odered a sony LED tv 42" W700B sharp troniics by last sunday from trade center, still our tv has has not delivered.we gave u a call regardng delivery as many times but we didn't get any response yet...this is ridiculous...Is this is the way u handle your customers...I want a response to this immediately.
