Sony India — regarding laptop service

Job no: J42368070, complaint no: 22159456, I gave my laptop for service on OCT-11 2014, for more than 26 days i have been waiting but still i didnt get any proper response for my complaint. Their response is very worse. I bought SONY only for its brand value, after seeing your poor service, i was completely disappointed. is this the manner to treat your valuable customer? NOTE: this is repeated complaint.
