Sony India — regarding my led

I am very much disappointed to write this mail as this short of cheating i was not expecting from huge brand like sony. I bought a 43 inch smart tv last diwali the bill of which is attached. It was within 2 year warranty period. Last week i saw that there was a problem with the pictures and the tv is not working properly. When i called the service centre guy he told me that there might be a problem in the panel and as my tv is under warranty he try to shift the blame on a small tiny scratch on the screen which is also visible to naked eyes. They are asking for a amount in which other tvs are available in the markets.

Pls look into this matter seriously as this is not only tarnishing the image of brand like sony but also leaving its customer in bad taste
