Respected concern I purshsed Sony Xperia XA on 16 Aug 2016 the imei of my device is- [protected] and I sent my mobile to service centre to jay shree electronics Rajkot and I am facing too much problem in there are hanging problem in it all time. I also went to your service centre and I replaced my device doa no: D[protected] and job no: W[protected] and the same problem facung with another one. Now I am tired from this issue so I writing this mail to you. I request you to solve my problem by giving my money back. I am attaching a video file of my device with this mail please find it.
