Sony India — Regarding RAM missing from 4Gb to 2Gb in service center.

Hi All, I have given my laptop to service center in chennai tambaram regarding display problem after they replaced the display and it working fine but main problem is when i gave the laptop it consist of 4 GB RAM after taking laptop back from service center it has only 2 Gb of RAM and i went back and ask the service person they are not responding at all. so please kindly help me on this. i now feel that why this things are happening in sony authorized service center. i am fighting for this issues for last 10 months but no response and final got idea to mail the customer care. waiting for your reply.
