Sony India — Regarding Sim detection

I am a huge fan of Sony but bitterly disappointed about Z1 as there are huge network issues. Also after giving it for service they blame the sim. And everybody has the same complaint. I have used multiple sim cards but same issue. Deeeply disappointed with the brand and poor service.
