I Patruni Mallikarjuna Rao, already gave complaint regarding Sony BX300 32" screen. We are very happy for your response but when we approached our nearby customer care they are saying that they don't have spare parts to replace and it will take time to replace it. Our screen is getting damage day by day. I am sending you screen shots, the previous and todays. So i request you to replace the screen in two or three days. I hope you will consider our problem.
