I bought a sony bravia led tv in
oct 2012.A couple of days
back, the tv has become
dis-colored.A complaint was
registered.A person came from
the service center after
repeated calls, seen nothing, took a video and said will give
call back for the estimation of
the expenses. Call back was not
made, so i have make the call and
was told that it will take
around rs.12000.00. When asked
about the guarantee after the
repair, the person said that the
guarantee period after the
repair is 3 months. Plz look into
this matter when selling the
product, the company is keeping
the customer in darkness and
not transparent about the
dis-advantage. The company is
actually deceiving the
customer.I chose to buy the sony
product only for the quality
and name that it is carrying for
so many years. I doubt, while
repairing they are going to put a
chinese part, if not why only a
guarantee of 3 months be given.
