Sony India — Repair Related | |||
Hi, Ticket ID - [protected] I have submitted my phone for repair at PC Support, Bund Garden Road, Pune, Maharashtra on the 15th of May'14. I have purchased this handset on the 28th of Mar'14 and there was a fault with the camera, hence, I submitted the handset for repair on the date mentioned above. The person (Aakash) at the service centre mentioned that I will get a replacement as the camera cannot be repaired. He also mentioned that I may get a refurbished piece. This is not acceptable as this handset is new and I refuse to accept a used handset. I have been trying to call up your customer care but, no one is able to provide a satisfactory resolution for the same. Kindly respond with a detailed explanation and a final resolution for this issue. I will freely use my lawyer in this case if I don't receive a new handset as it is covered under accidental damage protection. Don't let this be my first and last experience with Sony.
