Sony India — repair service delay

I have submit my device xperia z3 compact device for replacement of touch. Its been more than a moth yet they say till now that parts are not available could'nt replace till now.
It has been submitted on 15/05/18 with job sheet number w[protected]

I personally visited the repair center multiple time then too no response they only say that they will be completing the job next week but that has'nt come yet.

I just want that device is repaired as soon as possible and returned to me.
