I have deposited one dd no.160498 dated 13.10.2017 of rs.12154/- on 14.10.2017 at sony service centre, burdwan against non-availability of panel of defected tv purchased three years back.
A long time has already been passed but no intimation from sony about the replacement. I have contacted service centre on 04.11.17 but representative at service centre informed that they have not received any information form sony about replacement of tv till date.
Complaint no. J72707226.
It is my humble request to please look into the matter to resolve the complaint at your earliest.
