Sony India — Replacement not received until a month and pathetic service

The Dolby Atmos soundbar Sony HT-G700 we purchased on 5th Jan 2022 abruptly stopped working. The sound bar is not getting powered up at all. The subwoofer is getting powered up but going into a standby mode as it cannot link with the sound bar. Invoice number is TJC/ABIDS/1427 dated 5-Jan-2022.
The faulty sound bar was picked up on 18th Jan after the technicians reviewed it twice (once on 13th Jan and then on 18th Jan). I was assured that the unit will be replaced in 5 working days. But, I haven't received any intimation from the Sony Servicing center yet.I called them several times, On the first call that was on 20th January they said that they did not receive the approval yet from SONY Office and advised us to wait for 3 working days. Then I didn't hear from them until I called them on 31st January 2022, that day they said they have received the approval and said that the device will be delivered in 4 working days. Until those 4 days passed I still did not receive any update from them, I then called them on 4th Feb 2022 and that day they said that it'll be delivered to him in a day or two and that day he started replying to me very rudely, he never listens to what I say and then he said he'll call me in half an hour and let me know when the delivery would be done, but never heard back from him. I then again called him on 6th Feb 2022, he said it'll be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday and when I asked him why is it taking so long, he said I dont know you speak with Sony and gave me the toll free number. Again I didnt hear from him, I then called him again on 9th Feb 2022 and asked him what the update is he then said he spoke with some ASI and he said ask the customer to wait, we dont have the set to be given to the customer then I asked him to send me the email where it says that he has received the approval. He denied that too and said to wait further.

This is the worst customer service that I have got from SONY Mehipatnam center, never expected it to be this unprofessional. That person (Customer service guy) has no ethics on how to speak with his customer. The number to which I contacted was +91-[protected]
I invested Rs.39, 990 in this device. I was not able to enjoy the feel and over that I have to bear the rude and unprofessional behaviour of your executive of yours (number mentioned above).
