[Resolved] Sony India — Replacement of damaged TV | |||
My Sony TV 32EX650 (Sl.No.3267635) was purchased in August 2012. During last week of June 2014 black lines on the TV was noticed. It was reported to the Service centre. After world cub football was over on 14.7.2014, I took the TV to the Service Centre. After 2 weeks the service people informed that the TV will be replaced with a new one and it may take a month or so. They asked me to pay Rs.2000/- as service charge. I paid the same. Till date no replacement has been taken place. Kindly arrange to replace the damaged TV with a new one. Thanking you, Was this information helpful? | |||
