Second day of complain, they asked me to provide photo of the TV to understand the problem. After receipt of my photos, they informed that the TV panel has got damaged and need to be replaced and will send technician to my house to take photos of model number etc. But it is very strange that till now they have not send technician.
In the mean time, I took photo of model number of my TV and sent it to them asking whether the photo is okay or not…..however they don’t have common sense to respond my queries…..

Please enquire the matter and do the needful at the earliest from your end…..
Please treat it an URGENT…..
