Description of item: Sony smart phone – M2
Dear,
I bought (Sony – M2 mobile) from you (through authorised dealer – Hotspot India) at a cost of 21, 000/-, which included headset charges and insurance. I paid by (Credit card).
The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 (as amended) state that I am entitled to a cooling-off period of seven working days in which to return goods, commencing the working day after the day on which they were received. When i was walked up at service centre for receiving my headset then your representative at there was committed to me that you will get your headset within coming next week but i was telling by her that need to wait for 7- 10 working days maximum for receiving your item. She was given me DOA job sheet for collecting the same. I am, therefore, returning the (Sony – M2 mobile) to you and cancelling my dealing.
Please arrange to refund my money as soon as possible. I really fed-up with your service and not satisfied actually. It’s a big time waste on sony now a days and quality and support has degraded all of sudden. Was this information helpful? |
