Hi sony team,
As discussed with sandeep (Manager-sony), request to treat this as notice to move to consumer forum to redress the following problem related to sale of defective mobile phone to me.
The following are the details.
Purchased sony mobile phone from e-zone koramangala - bangalore for mrp of rs.52990 (On the box)/
Model name: sony xperia z5 and with warranty of 1 year.
But within few months i am forced to go the sony service center for repair.
During repair period no back up phone was provided to run my daily business and sony has taken 2 weeks to return the repaired phone.
Again i have to visit and return the phone for the second time for similar kind of repairs.
I returned the phone to the sony service center, with a request to either to issue a new phone or return the money.
Now it is almost one month over you are not willing to take any kind of action on my request.
Since this is a defective phone, i requested either for refund of the money or replace with a new modal phone, since this is model is already scrapped by sony due to its failure.
Hence consider this as a notice to sony that why i can’t i move to consumer forum to redress my grievance.
I am going to claim not only refund of money paid for the defective mobile sold to me but also additional compensation to the tune of 10 lakhs for giving unnecessary tension and trouble to a loyal customer like me for selling defective phone and also for highly irresponsible behavior of your team in addressing the above cited issue.
Again i will wait for a week for a positive response before i move to consumer forum.
