[Resolved]  Sony India — Self Cracking issue in sony xperia Z1

I had bought a Sony Xperia Z1 in last December. The device was working fine without any problems. Last week when I took out the phone from my pocket i could see cracks in my display. There was no physical damage and it self cracked just like that. There is no single scratch in the front glass, but the crack is inside the display. I approached Sony Service Center for the repair and they told me there is nothing they could but to give a discount on my new purchase. My phone is still in warranty and later Sony called me and told they would give 20% discount on my new phone. When I looked up in Internet I understood that this self cracking issue is common for Sony Z series phone. I believe Sony is cheating us with its low quality display materials and I want my phone to get a justifiable amount of discount or replacement. I bought the phone for 38000 INR trusting Sony and before even completing an year here I stands betrayed. I am pasting below the Job Number and Ticket ID number for any reference.
