Sony India — Service Center Fraud | |||
Recently bought a Sony Xperia M mobile from an authorised seller. The USB port was faulty and required replacement. It has been 2 days short of a month and nothing has been done. I have requested them for a replacement of handset and also made an official complaint to Sony India and they have not gotten back to me. The service center also refuses to take calls.
