" What is the manufacturing date, batch no. and actual serial no. of my TV" ??????????????
Have highlighted this question several times in red, so that you grasp, that this is what is to
be replied. Please find it underlined, in italics, and in font size 24 too.
Please reply to above specific question, without any of your standard decorative words.
OR this will constitutes as " gross deficiency in service"

Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Myself, binu b nair from Kerala working with INCS ( INDIAN NAVAL CANTEEN SERVICE - CSD) would like to file a complaint against your product dvd home theatre- model DAV DZ390 K which i bought about three years back. This is third time it is showing the same "push power protector" complaint. Each time i had to spend more 2800 rupees to repair it. Even though so many brands with same features and [protected]@ cheaper price are available at market i purchased your product because of your trustworthy brand name and reliability but you proved my decision was wrong three times, we are not paying our one month salary over your product for this. It is definitely your technical complaint as we connected device through stabilizer only..sorry to say, but i will never suggest a sony product personally or to any customer( our organization( the biggest navalcanteen in india) sells your csd listed products)
