I purchased a KDL-40CX520 T.V. from Middle East and brought to India. After one year the said TV had a complaint auto power off. I gave the TV to the Sony authorized service center kottayam(Madonna) and they told me that it was due to mistake of mother board. They told the repair cost around 10500. I emailed to the Sony customer support team and they replied that what service center said was correct. I authorize them to change the mother board. After two weeks they gave me the serviced TV. But unfortunately when I reached home and watching TV on the first day auto power off is again repeated at various intervals .I phoned the service center about the same matter and they replied to bring back the TV to service center. I carried the TV to the same service center and they after one day said TV is perfect .Again I took it back to home .The same complaint affected me. I again called to service center and they said it was due to my homes electric supply mistake. I told them that a Sony 32 inch TV and a very old Sony Brava are working in my home without any complaint and how should this? From their comment a second thought I tested the said TV in my wife house also. There also the same complaint repeated. Again I gave the TV to the same service center and waited for one month and there was no intimation from the service center .I again reached the service center for taking the TV and at that time they said the complaint was due to some electrical component inside the TV and they have ordered for the spare part.
So it is clear that there are mistakes
Please compensate the cost of mother board is Rs.10500 and transportation expense Rs., 4000 occurred .
Please consider this as a notice and awaiting for your action

My job tracking id is W[protected].
Its around 30 days now and I haven't got any update from any of the sony customer care executive about my product. From last 20 days I am calling to them and getting no proper reply form their side.
Earlier
it was told that my mobiles motherboard is being replaced, after 2 days
I called back again and then I got the reply that sony is providing me
replacement of sony xperia Z (no call from sony again). I agreed for the
same on 22.07.14 but even after that the same was being forwarded to
central sony office on 29th (delay from immortal services again).
On 27th I went to immortal services for my phone but their a service
executive named Pradeep talked me very harshly stating that "HE WAS NOT THEIR TO TO THAT WORK ONLY, HE ALSO HAVE SOME PERSONAL WORKS"Then
on 01.08.2014 I called to[protected] to file my complaint, their a
customer support executive named Mr. Pradeep listened my query and told
me to provide update within 48 hrs but again a false promise and again
today on 05.08.14 I have to call again for the status and a new
customer support executive named Mr. Sohail again provided me some
illogical updates and told that my case will be handled by Mr.Pradeep.
I am wasting my money in calling to them and asking like a begger for my phone.
