We got some picture issue - so many lines are coming in our tv. So, we registered a request for service of my led tv on 20.10.2016 and the service request id is 35459343. As all my family members will go to office on week days i requested for a service on today 22.10.2016. I was told that the service engineer will normally come with in 2 days and a visit on saturday can be arranged.
Today i am waiting for the service engineer from morning and nobody turned up. Then i called the service centre by 3 pm and they told that the matter was communicated to the service engineer and he will call us with in 10 minutes. As we did not receive any call, i called the service centre again and they gave the mobile no. Of the service engineer. When he was contacted, he told that as he is very busy, he can't tell when he can come. When i asked can he make it today?, he told that is not sure.
When i again contacted the toll free number, and spoke to them for about 15 minutes, the person told he can arrange as early as possible.
When we bought this tv, i was told that the service is readily available and if you make a call, on the day itself service people will attend to it. But, i am waiting for 2 days and i was treated like i am begging for something from you.
The television was bought on 02.08.2015, and just completed one year and two months. I do not know how a sony product is giving trouble with in a span of one year as if it is waiting for completing the warrenty period.
Take note of the above and reply me immediately - how far i have to wait for servicing my tv? is sony service ia that much careless towards its customers? are you giving the services freely without, so that i have to wait endlessly?
