Sony India — Service Request I D 74824264 dt 07.05.2023 New Service I D 75175617 dt 01/06/2023
As we sent our second mail on 1st June 2023, regarding the delivery of the Tv on 27.05.2023 and we paid a service fee of Rs. 2, 571- and the same time we returned the TV to the Service Center and we explained the problems in the TV.
On 7th June 2023 again, I sent a mail to know the current Status of my TV.
We received your response mail on 10th June 2023
As per the response mail consist a statement assuming that the service center persuade us to take the TV on various occasions but I strongly object your statement that we followed your service center to know the updates of the TV, but we didn’t get any response such as phone call or emails. So if you defend your statement is true then kindly attached your following proof. So at last this case as completed one Month of following your service, Finally I am ending my conversation saying that we are not satisfied with your service any more and we will not take our tv back and we want replacement.
