i have brought sony xperia z ultra c6802 . and i have gone to the sony service centre he didn't check my phone and saying that give me 15000 then he will repair it. sir how can i give him 15000 thosuand my phone is in warranty period . my phone was fallen into the bucket . you no na that z series are waterproof . then why it is difficult to repair my phone . you are showing advertise that the phone is waterproof now wahat happened. sir i beg you plz help me.
