Sony India — Show of charging in sony c3

I purchased Sony C3 on[protected] and after one day this mobile shows charging sign without charger plugged in. I reached Sony care center on[protected], they checked it and kept it with them and gave me DOA certificate (DOA Number - D[protected] on[protected]. It has been 27 days and i get no response from your side and i feel that this is not the way to deal with customers. I have been struggling so much to contact with you people.Please make sure that i get the response asap and i want a call back from your side([protected]). I want my money back.
