Sony India — Showing lines on Sony Bravia TV

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Sony LED HD TV 32R422B on 27.12.2014 from Reliance Retail Ltd. at Pentagon Mall, Haridwar. on 23rd June 2015 at around 7.30 PM when we were watching the TV suddenly the power was gone. When it came back after around 30 minutes 1/4th of the screen display got lost. only half of the portion is visible... the other half is totally blank(black). After that i called at the sony call centre on 24th june 15 ( complaint no. is[protected]. Their service engineer came on 25th June. and checked the TV for any outer damage but there was no damage and he was satisfied with the complaint. but after that i have not received any response either from the engineer or the company. My LED TV is on 3 years extended warranty. and i want it to be repaired/resolved as early as possible. As this was due to electrical failure and not mine...
