I purchased sony bravia kdl 42 व 700 b on 30 march 2014. It was sprigly used upto 2017. Then it was shut for about 9 months. Now when started it is showing verticle lines. Taken to service centre, it is informed panel to be changed estimating rs. 22000/-. It seems that sonny are providing defective products in market, when similar complaints are on google.

I bought Sony LED model-KDL 42W700B in MARCH 2015 and After using 3 years the screen in blinking with horizontal line in the downpart. Technician visited from Sony and asked to replace the LED panel which costs too much. Could you please let me know how much it costs to replace the LED panel. Please contact me on [protected]
