Sony India — Similar problem arising repeatedly

My Sonia Bravia LCD Model KLV-32CX320 Sl No. 7018989 Date purchased:05.08.2011 Panel replaced already twice within warranty period and now the same problem persists. Though requested the customer care as well as the technician from Happy Care Services, Bhubaneswar attending the complaint to check and replace the product and did not paid heed to.Now, it is really difficult to rely on Sony Brand and cannot recommend any one of my friends to go for it. How can one ordinary middle class men meet the huge cost of repairing the product even after investing once. It's disgusting and simply foolish on a common man to believe the attractive pictorial advertisements and go for the product.
