Sony India — smartphone issue

Dear manager.
I have purchaced xperia xa model 2 mnths back. Last time only i have given my phone to repair but again same problem i am facing for my phone. I have talked about replacement with you service provider they says it is not possible we can repair it, you tell me how many times should visit service centre for this issue they dont even guarranty that this problem will not persist. I have always trusted sony for its quality and services but now i am facing issues with service and quality. Kindly help me to maintain trust with the brand.
