Sony India — SONY Bravia 40 inch not working | |||
I purchased a SONY Bravia 40 inch in 2011. After 6 months the motherboard crashed. 6 months later it crashed again. This time I had to pay for it. The screen also crashed and SONY replaced it. Now the mother board has crashed again and I have replaced it at my own cost. IS THIS THE WAY SONY FUNCTIONS WITH ITS AFTER SALES. I am also lodging a complaint with the consumer forum and will be going to news channels very soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
