Sony India — sony bravia- display issue | |||
I had purchased a 55 inch, Sony Bravia Anroid Model No KDL-55W800D on 13/5/2017, Suddenly yesterday 29/4/2018, i had problem in the display and the complete picture was blank, I had registered a complain for which I got a complaint no 47110134 and a technician visited, as per him the Display panel has to be changed and it will take 10 working days. I am shocked as I have no words to express my frustration, I would never recommend a Sony Product, I can only say that I just need a band new TV asap and I hope I get a quick call back or else I will have to approach the consumer forum Was this information helpful? | |||

Earlier only horizontal line appeared on the screen and then vertical line was also visible
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
