Sony India — sony bravia ex52-unable to connect to internet | |||||
Sir, I have been using sony bravia ex52 since last 6 yrs, i have not utilised tv for its fullest capacity just other than utilising it as tv. The reason was that where i was staying there were no proper technical support from sony. Now i shifted to bangalore. Recently i tried to connect tv to internet but in spite of several try i could not succeed. Similarly i tried to utilise other features but i failed. I promptly lodged the complaint on 9 mar 2018 and complaint no 46139758 for a demonstration. Till date no body has responded to my complaint in bangalore. I had high expectations from sony and its customer services. Being in bangalore, if this the condition to attend customers complaint then those who are in urban and rural area, we can very well imagine.
